Our Sunday School Classes
Sunday School classes for all ages are held from September through May.
Preschool through Elementary
Preschool-Elementary Sunday School
9:30 am in the Fellowship Hall
The preschool-elementary class meets weekly for an hour of lessons, singing, games, crafts, and more. Using both Old Testament and New Testament stories, the class learns how God works in our lives all week long. Some activities are split into two age groups, but all ages meet in the Fellowship Hall for our opening activities.
Junior & Senior High
Junior and Senior High Sunday School
9:30 am in the Youth Sunday School Room
Zion’s Junior and Senior High Sunday School centers on the congregation’s weekly scripture readings, helping youth explore how God’s Word shapes our lives, guides our decisions, and deepens our relationship with God. As an extension of Sunday morning worship, the class connects youth to the shared spiritual journey of the entire congregation. Throughout the year, youth also engage with a variety of special topics, including Church history, Catechism, friendships, faith, and navigating real-life issues.
Adult Classes
The Parlor Class
Sundays at 9:30 am in the Chapel.
The Men’s Class
Sundays at 9:30 am in the Library
The Men’s Class focuses directly on scripture. The group reads the Bible and utilizes study resources for insight, questions, and in-depth conversation.
The Faith & Family Class
Sundays at 9:30 am in the Nursery.
Weekday Faith Formation
ThuMBS
ThuMBS is our Thursday Morning Bible Study. The group meets on Thursday mornings in the Fellowship Hall from 10:00 to 11:30. Together, we read and discuss the upcoming week’s scripture passages and engage in prayer.

Faith Formers
FaithFormers is our Preschool – Grade 3 children’s group. We meet from 4:30-5:30 pm at Zion every first and third Wednesday, September through May. FaithFormers is a place where we learn about and experience God with fun songs, lessons, games, and more! All Preschool-3rd Graders are welcome to start attending any time we meet. Children may choose to have a parent or caregiver attend with them.
